Ax-les-Thermes is fortunate to have three markets in high season, from 7am to 1pm, on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, and two in low season, on Tuesdays and Saturdays. These pleasant markets are located on the sunny Place Saint Jérôme (opposite the Post Office), where you'll find a wide range of local, high-quality produce in an atmosphere reminiscent of the markets of yesteryear. You'll be able to stock up on fruit, vegetables, meats, cold meats and cheeses, as well as local honeys, clothes, ready-made meals...

The name of this new store can be translated as "flavors of my country". It is located right next to the restaurant Casa Mauricio. You will find all the good regional products, very cosy decoration ideas, organic cosmetics, and excellent local cheeses. And it's great, the "all inclusive" raclette : the cheese and charcuterie platters and the rental of the machine for people who are on holiday in Ax-les-thermes.
