Pascal Jusot is the last clog maker in Ariège, probably even in the whole Pyrenees. He had the good fortune to meet Mr. Catala, a clog maker in Andressein, who passed on to him the know-how necessary to make clogs. All the clogs are entirely handmade from local wood. Pascal Jusot makes Bethmalese clogs, garden clogs but also various souvenirs and traditional and decorative wooden objects. A must visit to discover the fabulous bethmale clogs.
