Discover the Moine Farm and its natural environment. The Moine family has been producing rhubarb-based drinks since 1989. There are various specialities such as Perlé de rhubarbe. Blanc des Vosges, a dry rhubarb white, and the famous Crillon des Vosges, a mellow rhubarb white, are also made here. La Maison Moine is a family-run farm in Xertigny. A warm welcome to the Vosges countryside near Épinal, where you can discover our beverages made with rhubarb grown on site. Let yourself be seduced by our 4 "Perlé de Rhubarbe" (sparkling beverages), our still vintages such as Blanc des Vosges, our Crillon des Vosges... Each of them will find its place on your table as an aperitif or to accompany your meal. You can also choose other non-alcoholic sparkling drinks like Rhubibulles and Rubis de Rhubarbe. Rhubarb juice, apple juice pressed on site and rhubarb jelly are also available. These products can be found on our website. Enjoy quality products from the Vosges region, awarded by top sommeliers!
