Nestled in General de Gaulle's main square, O Modulates Vair will delight traditional cuisine lovers. With a daily menu changing every day, Vittellois and tourists enjoy each week. Here, all or almost everything is made home with ingredients as much as possible from local producers. Local land is regularly honored. For example, the month of April is devoted to frogs'thighs in many delicious flavours to the frog festival. All the desserts, simple but good, change every day also to propose some 5 places to choose from among pies, perfect, macaroons, pistachio abundance… The card and menus change regularly four times in the year. Special menus are also available for year-end celebrations, Valentine's Day and other special events. The room can accommodate banquets, receptions and business meals upon request and all dishes can be ordered upon request within a reasonable time.
