In the city centre, Relais Lorraine-Alsace has a brasserie, restaurant and terrace. By entering, you'll have the choice between crisp of gambas and its sour-sour sauce, snails cassolette to the morels and the chablis or foie gras of duck. Then, beef fillet in the peppers of Sichuan, poisson and other fish sauerkraut are proposed. The establishment also made royal couscous its specialty. It is a couscous prepared in the rules of art. To enjoy it, you must come on a Friday or Saturday evening, the only days when it is served.
