The oldest organ factory in the world, where several generations of organ builders have succeeded one another.
In the heart of Rambervillers, this is the world's oldest surviving factory of great organs. Since 1750, several generations of organ builders have passed on their expertise. Instruments built here can now be found in the cathedrals of Chartres, Bordeaux, Troyes, Hanoi (Vietnam), the Madeleine church and Les Invalides. Organs are also built here for small villages in the Vosges. Since March 2007, Yann Michel and Sylviane Rochotte, both from the Rambervillers area, have been managing the Manufacture Vosgienne des Grandes Orgues.
