Inspired by his father, a chef, and his grandfather, who worked the land, Richard Thiery created his saffron growing business in the Vosges in 2010. His products are appreciated by many chefs in the region and represent an opportunity to consume the luxury product that is saffron in a local and ethical way. Richard also participates in markets in the Vosges, and offers for sale saffron honeys, jams, juices, soups and seasonings. Original products at very reasonable prices, not to be missed!
