Philippe Rolland welcomes you to his table to offer you authentic, traditional Alsatian cuisine, full of flavor and generosity. The menu includes a number of must-tries, such as pâté lorrain, briochade au munster with Black Forest ham and, for dessert, croquant aux mirabelles. Every weekday lunchtime, the menu of the day gives you a choice of three starters, three main courses and three desserts at a low price. And on Friday evenings, it's tartes flambées! You can take full advantage of the wine list by reserving a room.

Un restaurant où il faut s arrêter si vous êtes dans la région, repas excellent , tarif raisonnable et un accueil bien sympathique, nous reviendrons lors de notre prochaine escapade vosgienne
