Every Saturday morning, Neufchâteau's covered market is the place to shop for local produce. Here, all products are fresh: fresh fruit and vegetables, meats, cheeses, as well as artisanal products and flowers to please yourself or others! The market is open from 8.30am to 12.30pm. Every Saturday, customers flock to the market to buy products from local producers, and every first Saturday of the month, the Marché du Terroir takes place. A dozen farmers have decided to join forces to create a producers' store: Saison Paysanne. The store is located on the road to Langres in Neufchâteau and offers products from about thirty farmers from the area and neighboring departments. The atmosphere is warm and friendly. You can find fresh and seasonal products, fruits and vegetables, meat, cheese, drinks, groceries but also a cosmetic department. All the ingredients are gathered to consume local and prepare a good meal with friends or family.
