Also known for its smoked sausage specialities, the village of Monthureux-sur-Saône is renowned for its famous sausage fair, which has existed for over forty years. Originality
Butcher (and especially a cold meats) countryside. Its speciality: obviously the roll, local institution (Fair with roll in October each year), but also all gear vosges and Lorraine specialities (smoked, pies, pâté, sausages...). Do not of roll in summer.
