FOIRE AUX ANDOUILLES

Since the ^19th century, the Andouilles Fair has been held on the third Monday in February. The name "Foire aux andouilles" derives from a prefectoral decree dated October 5, 1866. Since then, it's been the unmissable annual event in Val-d'Ajol. As any local will tell you. The fair takes place over three days. On the program: gourmet markets, book fairs, concerts, folklore, flea markets, parades and, above all, andouilles tastings, without moderation. Three days of jubilation, feasting and tradition.
