This establishment offers traditional cuisine with a touch of Alsace and the Vosges. The O' Creux Gourmand restaurant is part of the Grande Cascade hotel complex. The chef offers fresh quality and seasonal products. You will enjoy a sumptuous view of the great Tendon waterfall thanks to a room full of light with its large windows that go around the room. The establishment offers comfortable and spacious rooms, all located just before the top of the Bonnefontaine pass, halfway between Gérardmer and Épinal.

Restaurant qui nous était inconnu et que nous avons réellement beaucoup apprécié, un repas local et délicieux dans un cadre avec vue sur le vallons des Vosges. Les prestations parfaites (levée des filets de la truite et préparation du tartare sous nos yeux) ainsi que l'amabilité et le sourire de l'équipe nous ont conquis. Et petit plus, accessible à nos amis à 4pattes.
On recommande et si l'occasion se présente, c'est avec plaisir que nous y repasserons.
