Restaurant plutôt cuisine régionale et traditionnelle, généreux et copieux avec de bons produits locaux.
Mais.... Cette année, ils ont changé la formule pour s'orienter vers une cuisine plus travaillée façon bistronomie.
Alors, vous allez me dire c'est bien !! Effectivement, c'était bon (foie gras maison en entrée et noix de saint jacques lardées) et bien fait.
MAIS... Disons que cela ne correspond pas forcément à ce que je vais chercher lorsque je vais dans un restaurant de montagne.
Selon moi, rester dans du classique local aurait été plus à propos surtout que les produits locaux sont très bons et méritent d'être travaillés.
