At the end of the 1st century, the site was an important sanctuary of antiquity, and its amphitheater was one of the most important places for shows. Loved this visit. With a museum displaying a superb Mosaic Roman floor with artifacts the tour takes you outside to the amphitheater and various locations on the Roman trail.
