MUSEUM OF EMBROIDERY AND METALLURGY

Fontenoy was once internationally renowned for its 500 embroiderers. Located in the centre of the village, the museum displays unique items made by the Fontenoy embroiderers, including some 2,000 donated items: christening dresses, bibs, table linen, sheets, body linen and other items made on drums. You will also be able to see their equipment and the different embroidery stitches.
