L'Amazigh has moved to Place de l'Âtre and become Folâtre. Jamel Allag has just opened this restaurant, which focuses on bistro-style cooking, with meats and fish cooked over an open fire. For starters, try grilled sardines, or a pineapple tomato gazpacho, cucumber emulsion and mozzarella cromesquis. Continue with swordfish steak with basil sauce vierge, or Irish ribeye with peppers and home fries. Finish with the gourmet trilogy. Delicious!
