Founded in 1977, Temple d'Angkor is the first Asian restaurant opened in the Vosges. Logic that it is also best department. It was rewarded besides for the gold French baguettes for the Chinese gastronomy and Vietnamese in 1988. In this family-run restaurant, the quality of the cuisine has of equal only the kindness of the owner. In the dish, all classical Asian cuisine is found: ranges with the vapor, fried rice, Peking duck... Also, better is worth to pick in the house specialities: beef lok-lak with rice with tomato, amok (fillet of fish to the coconut milk), Chinese fondue house (on order), pot of monkfish... For sweetened flavours, in dessert, the lune cakes (with the flour of soy sauce) or the sweetened brioches (French fries with a heart with the confectioner's custard) will accompany a tea with the jasmine ideally (with true flowers inside).
