The Saint-Jean restaurant in Épinal serves home-cooked dishes. The meats come from Vosges farms, and you can also enjoy trout from Le Frais Baril, La Madelon beers, a munster AOP... On the menu: fondue, Vosges salad, tartiflette, vosgiflette with munster cheese, ajolaise with Val d'Ajol andouille, knuckle of pork, Vosges tofaille, or pink rainbow trout burger... For a sweet ending, dessert is a must. All desserts are homemade: speculoos tiramisu, crème brûlée or blueberry tart. A lovely place!
