LODGE ARBORETUM

The Arboretum de la Hutte is located in the heart of the Darney forest in Claudon, and the school-chapel which is located there: they were designed for the families of the workers of the nearby forge. A small shaded walk allows you to discover twelve rare species thanks to a signposted circuit: 4 giant sequoias, a tulip tree, a rhododendron, a douglas fir... You can also see 3 sculptures recently made. The path, which overhangs the Ourche river, is very appreciated in summer. The nature lovers will come to appreciate the place and to recharge their batteries
