This distillery has been installed in the old dependencies outside of the enclosures. It produces high-end, regional spirits and liqueurs with the utmost respect for craft practices. The essentiellement mainly, but also Williams pear and raspberry, their sumptuous scents before leaving other palaces. Also discover a tasty cocktail based on fleurette and mirabell cream, which they called Délice delight, a beautiful alchemy. As the Princess of Bauffremont is of Burgundian origin, the castle is a pleasant brouilly.
