The Abbaye de Vergaville cheese dairy is the last of its kind in the region! It has been perpetuating its know-how since 1938 in a place steeped in history. A variety of cheeses are produced, including some matured in mirabelle plum brandy: Tome du Père Antoine and Carré du Père Antoine. The company has also created different cheese ranges (Italian, Lorraine and Alsatian). You can find their cheeses in their boutique or at your local supermarket.
