His experience and curiosity are always intact and allow him to master his creations. Philippe Ardizzoia has worked with prestigious chefs during his career: Nachon, Manuel Martinez, Georges Schmitt, Eric Hausser and Christelle Brua, the current three-star pastry chef at the Pré Catelan. Pascal Gobeaut, who cannot be ignored, sets the tone in the dining room and gives rhythm to the atmosphere.

Ce restaurant est au top Nouw y sommes allés ce midi .Un pur régal. Tout était parfait un seul mot allez y si vous ne connaissais pas les yeux fermés vous ne serez pas déçus

Très bon restaurant, belle cuisine, très bien mangé. Malheureusement un service limite antipathique....c'est dommage, sinon j'aurais mis une étoile en plus.
