His experience and curiosity are always intact and allow him to master his creations. Philippe Ardizzoia has worked with prestigious chefs during his career: Nachon, Manuel Martinez, Georges Schmitt, Eric Hausser and Christelle Brua, the current three-star pastry chef at the Pré Catelan. Pascal Gobeaut, who cannot be ignored, sets the tone in the dining room and gives rhythm to the atmosphere.

Si vous cherchez juste à bien manger c'est effectivement une bonne adresse mais pour l'amabilité il faudra aller ailleurs. Nous avons eu l'impression de déranger. Désolée messieurs mais il faudrait peut-être envisager un autre métier.
En plus tous les clients ne sont pas logés à la même enseigne ????.

Expérience très positive lors de notre première visite à l'automne 2016.. et depuis, cette adresse est restée dans nos petits papiers pour chaque soirée gustative où nous souhaitons nous faire plaisir et nous laisser surprendre au rythme de la carte de saison. Pour une soirée au calme dans un quartier résidentiel ou pour un repas d'affaires en terrasse, avec un niveau de service sans excès ni trop peu, nous recommandons cette adresse aux amateurs(-trices) de la bonne cuisine. Tarifs en rapport à la qualité de la prestation culinaire. Vivement la prochaine!
