Beef and wine restaurant in Thionville.
It is now possible to taste the "must" of beef, matured in the cellar. There are several breeds of beef here: Hereford from Ireland, French, Limousin, Aubrac from the Massif Central, Iberian and Wagyu. The latter is raised like its cousin the Kobbé beef. It is cooked in a coal oven, with a mixture of homemade spices and served with its own juice! The cheese platter is made up of a selection of cheeses from the "ferme des grands vents". Cheeses and desserts are just as formidable and delicious.

Découverte de la carte où tout donne envie , mais mes yeux sont attirés par la cave de maturation .
Ayant souvent entendu parler du Wagyu , je me laisse tenter !!!
Et quelle merveille , avec la cuisson au four à charbon de bois qui sublime le goût de la viande . En accompagnement , une purée au beurre rose qui est très bonne .
Je n'ai pas pu goûter les desserts , étant repu !!!
J'y retournerai avec grand plaisir !!!
