Si vous voulez transpirer,si vous voulez être en forme, il y a les salles de sports mais après vous aurez mal partout,vous serez démotivé et vous payerez votre forfait annuel pour rien. Donc profitez d'un coaching sur mesure,d'un accompagnement spécifique,j'ai testé et je peux vous assurer que je ne retournerais plus en salle. Powerone une equipe gagnante avec de vrai pros et surtout un côté humain que vous ne trouverez pas devant une machine.

Very good fitness room with nice and professional coaches and always attentive. Sandra and Didier are liked and will do everything to make you feel at home and to give their advice. I took the powerplate classes for 2 years and it was really super and efficient. And if that has lasted for several years now it is that it is really well. Laurent
