Here is Franck Kestener, a son and grandson of pastry bakers, who is the best chocolate maker in France at the age of 27. Among the specialities of the house the Pearl of Lorraine, a jewel of chocolate with mordoré facets of caramel, whose hull breaks beneath the tooth to allow the épanouir and crisp praline to flourish in the mouth. With regard to evocative chocolates: timidithé, demonic (tarragon/green lemon), effrontéementhe, luscious (great chocolate/raspberry), spell (gold/ginger), mistral, maternal, tenderness bark (cinnamon), innocence, they speak of themselves, but above all incite to a wonderful, delicious, refined journey… what to succumb to!
