If there is only one reason to push the door of the Bucci bakery in Sarreguemines, it is for the famous Faïencier. A pastry that you won't find anywhere else because it was invented by the owner Dominique Bucci. And why is it appropriate to introduce this particular dish to a Moselle family? Because it contains all the flavours of the old Lorraine region. A sponge cake inspired by the madeleine from Commercy, a jellied layer of bergamot from Nancy, a light Mirabelle plum mousse from Metz and a chocolate tile on which is drawn the wall of the fountain in the Winter Garden of the Earthenware Museum in Sarreguemines.
