This is definitely the place to go for typical dishes from the Alsace-Lorraine region. This fine establishment's flagship dishes include quiche lorraine, shrimp tails on caramelized sauerkraut and pot-au-feu-style pork cheeks. A few examples from the à la carte menu: beef tartare au couteau, tripe au riesling, langoustine fricassee with porcini mushrooms, braised lamb mouse...
