La mise en bouche était très bonne. L'œuf parfait m'a semblé pas assez cuit mais était bon malgré tout. J'ai absolument adoré le plat (bœuf lardé avec sauce au vin rouge) un véritable et indéniable délice !! Le dessert Pomme était savoureux, notamment pour les contrastes entre les morceaux de pommes confits et le granit frais à la pomme verte.
Personnel souriant et agréable. Service un peu long néanmoins, notamment entre les plats.
point important et non négligeable : au delà d'une jolie décoration, les toilettes sont propres et les petites serviettes pour s'essuyer les mains sont agréables et tellement plus écologiques.
