In a corner of the covered market, Mauricette has a small Italian enclave. Olaf, who for the time being does not have an Italian name, will advise you on a range of products from Italy for the most part. Fresh pasta, gorgonzola, Parmesan, mozzarella di buffala, San Daniele ham or Parma, coppa, pancetta, sausages and quanti tutti, you will taste flavours as well as fresh ricotta or delicious arancinis. A few tables are available to guests who can taste oak, pizza or bruschettas. Finally, it makes a crazy stay in Italy in the heart of a traditional Couvert market.
