The school is open to the public through its 2 application restaurants for lunch, from Tuesday to Friday, as well as a fluctuating evening, during the school period. A gourmet restaurant, in which the students cook and serve, supported by pastry references, and in which sommeliers advise and serve the wines. A brewery that provides fast service with the maintenance of the codes of this French anchoring of the apron service with cutting and buckling indoors. It is a popular and appreciated table, especially since the students are motivated. Menus are on the Internet and reservations are mandatory by phone. On the teaching side, many professionals from the restaurant and hotel industries, among other professors, ensure the various apprenticeships of these trades.
The high school, the CFA, the university, offer you a training course of the CAP, professional certificate, bac pro, bac techno, BTS, licence and master. Different formulas are available: Work-linked training - Continuing training - Adult training - Training courses.
