Simple, tasty and traditional cuisine, fair prices and a warm atmosphere, the dishes are made from fresh products that come directly from the market or from their partner producers. Everything is homemade, from the mayonnaise to the broth! Carl Vagner, the owner, wanted to pay homage to his grandmother by introducing a single dish for Sunday lunch.

Le Bouillon des Halles is a small and charming restaurant located in Metz, a few steps away from the Cathedral, the Musée de la Cour d'Or and the Place de la République. Thanks to this beautiful location, the establishment is easily accessible by car or on foot. As for the menu, the chef offers a bistro menu on a slate. The main dishes of French cuisine are honored such as beef bourguignon, bouchée à la reine, guinea fowl with champagne and cheese fondue. The menu changes regularly according to the chef's inspiration and the availability of seasonal products. To accompany the meal, the establishment offers a selection of wines.
