Traditional local cuisine based on fresh produce in a restaurant in Metz.
The Cultur'Cuisine has unfortunately changed a lot in the last few years. The location is charming at the foot of the cathedral, but this is no longer really the case for the service and the cuisine. Most of the dishes are rather bland and tasteless, and sometimes they are even served cold or even frozen... The team lacks professionalism, sympathy and can show a frank bad faith. It's a pity, it was such a pleasure to come and eat there before!

Cultur'cuisine à Metz
Bien situé dans le quartier historique de Metz, au pied de la Cathédrale St Etienne, ce restaurant nommé Cultur'cuisine est décevant au niveau gastronomie. À part sa vue magnifique sur la Cathédrale, on n'y mange mal. Rien de goûteux ou d'extraordinaire ! C'est un restaurant qui n'a aucun intérêt à mes yeux, ormis sa vue ! Dommage !

really really bad service and food experiance we had over here, never again... Giving me a pork chop and trying to convince me it is beef... being a chef myself i wont let me be fooled. also the pork (they sold as beef) was not even cooked slightly properly.
