Just below the cathedral, in a setting where purple is the color of the day, l'Éveil is the place to discover flavors that blend boldly and generously. The perfectly spiced dishes are a Franco-Asian encounter, an alliance sealed by the friendly and happy owners, Jeff (in the dining room) and Alice (in the kitchen). The products are fresh and of the highest quality, and the freshest meat and fish specialties are sublimely delicious. In summer, the 60-seat terrace is a popular place to enjoy a delicious meal in a pleasant, convivial setting. Don't look for sleep any more: at Restaurant l'Éveil, your taste buds will vibrate with good reason.
