Traditional cuisine in the restaurant of Hôtel Mercure near the Musée de la Cour d'Or
Ideally located in the heart of Metz, in the business district and within walking distance of the Musée de la Cour d'Or, the Arsenal, the large railway station and the Pompidou-Metz Centre, Hotel Mercure offers traditional French cuisine: beef carpaccio and its Parmesan chips, fish pot and vegetables, fine apple pie and ice, toasted net fillet, tenderloin Saint-Pierre… In the range of specialities, it is the pie of mirabelles, the bite of the queen or the melting of beef with her homemade purée. The restaurant has been completely renovated and there are formulas for a quick and practical lunch.
