D'habitude toujours très satisfaite du service et donc cliente régulière. Je commande deux pizzas en livraison et qu'elle ne fût pas ma surprise de découvrir une touffe de poils et de l'herbe sur ma pizza à l'endroit de la pré découpe, bien sûr je n'ai pas remarqué cela tout de suite! Et la réponse du retour client? Effectivement le livreur a fait tomber ma pizza mais il a "paniqué" donc plutôt que d'être honnête, j'ai mangé une pizza tombée par TERRE. C'est inadmissible, un manque d'hygiène énorme. Et en dédommagement ? Une pizza offerte ! Comme si j'allais retourner là-bas après cette expérience! Le minimum aurait été le remboursement de ma commande ! Donc si vous voulez manger de l'herbe et des poils, allez-y.
