For the aficionados of Fabrice Dumay and his chocolates, two addresses: Marly and Metz-Vallières. The Dumay house uses pure cocoa, selected by a sharpened palate. The discovery of these crus requires a knowledge of the terroirs, the climate and the monitoring of the selected beans. The speciality here is the Lorraine thistle with mirabelle plum liqueur of course, but also with pear, calvados, old plum... For the gourmets, the spread (47% hazelnuts) is to fall!
