More than a cultural venue, Chez Oscaar is above all a place to live. It's a place to meet, to have fun, to experiment, to attend a concert... It's a multi-faceted place with a single watchword: freeing artistic creation and having fun. Musicians can rent a fully-equipped rehearsal room (microphones, drums, sound system) at low cost. The venue is run by FLAC, an association that aims to make culture accessible to all by supporting project initiators and raising public awareness of art in all its forms.
