DOMAINE OURY-SCHREIBER
Read moreThese winegrowers from the Champagne region settled in the region 25 years ago, with their expertise. Today, Angélica runs the business, supported by her family. No less than 50,000 bottles are produced each year from their vats. Twice a year, they open their estate to the public for tastings. Their wines have been awarded several medals and are round, aromatic and organic. Don't miss to discover the different vintages, including the unavoidable Henri II, which puts some champagne in the shade, because the passion has been passed on from father to daughter.
DOMAINE ENIVRANCE
Read moreSince January1, 2020, Nicolas Pieron has taken over the small estate formerly named Jaspard (vines planted in the 1950s) renamed Domaine Enivrance. Its 2 hectares - auxerrois, pinot noir, pinot meunier grapes - now produce 9 cuvées (compared to 3 before). To expand his offer, Nicolas has redefined the parcels, taking into account the identity of each. Thus he presents a complete range of reds, grays, whites, more or less fruity, adapting to all menus and all occasions. Tasting possible by appointment.
