Meat and fish to be tasted in a restaurant in Languimberg.

A Michelin star for this restaurant in the Pays des Étangs region. Bruno Poiré officiates in the restaurant founded by his parents Serge and Michèle. In a refined setting, he offers us a festival of flavors with, to cite just a few examples, sliced Breton lobster, snacked langoustines, frogs' legs, then sea bass cooked with peas, a superposition of potatoes with citrus fruit or veal fillet in a hazelnut crust, springtime vegetables, green asparagus and lemon like a meringue tart or chocolate in a milky ganache... You name it!

Cadre agréable et plutôt sobre, reposant. Le bémol de ne pas proposer d'apéritif maison, des poissons qui viennent de l'autre bout de la France alors que nous sommes au pays des étangs. Les plats étaient délicieux et pas trop copieux, mais auraient mérités un peu plus de chaleur. Le service très agréable bien qu'un peu trop théâtral. Un verre ébréché à plusieurs endroits. Un peu déçus quant aux recommandations que nous avions pu avoir mais nous avons tout de même passé un agréable moment et nos papilles aussi.

Belle et première expérience d'un étoilé ce samedi midi,s'était un cadeau de Noël.
Accueil et service impéccable.
Cuisine recherchée et en quantité.
En plus du café, cadeau de touches sucrées offert par le chef !!!!!
