Carole is a brave woman! She set up with her three donkeys as an organic market gardener in Haut Clocher. Since then, in the open fields and greenhouses, she's been growing flavorsome vegetables for all four seasons, some common, others original, from other lands or ancient times. There are also edible herbs and flowers. And all the processed products stamped with the Champ du Ver Luisant label: crazy salt, Christmas jam, wild garlic or basil pesto, ginger apple juice, fruit jellies. Carole's vegetables can also be found at chefs' tables.
