The Ballastière pond is the green lung of Hagondange. Located in the heart of the city, this preserved nature spot offers city dwellers the opportunity to fill up on energy and greenery. With its flowers and trees, it allows you to (re) discover the history of the city, its fauna and flora. In the summer, this lake is ideal for cooling off and swimming. There are playgrounds and picnic areas, as well as other sports and cultural activities. For running enthusiasts, the Ballastière is organized once a year and offers courses from 7 to 24 km!
