The principles of anti-gaspi, artisanal know-how and the circular economy have their raison d'être! It recovers unsold fruit to make jams and juices for resale by its partners. Original recipes include peach-apricot, orange-cinnamon, citrus-honey, grape or red fruit/exotic fruit. La Fée is a peach of hell, and always a banana!
