At the Auberge du Parc, three generations blend and proudly maintain this house in the heart of the country of Bitche, a few kilometres from Volmunster and the many of the mill of Eschviller. A beautiful terrace in summer gives you a refreshing stop before resuming the road. The dishes, at more than reasonable prices, are drawn up based on quality fresh products: tartare of Saint-Jacques, avocado of avocado, soup of vegetables (9,20 €), net of can sweet sour mango (14,90 €), calf net, tarragon juice, curd and tomato (17,80 €), Saint Honoré goat's Day on green salad bed (4,20 €). Subject evenings (sauerkraut, pot of fire…) The large air-conditioned room with warm colours offers a pleasant setting for banquets, wedding, communion or group outings.
