NANCY SANTÉ MÉTROPOLE

Nancy Health Metropole is a network of therapeutic care and education for people with diabetes, overweight, suffering from renal, respiratory, or alcohol or alcohol addictions. It is also a palliative care network. A user-friendly structure, out of hospital, to facilitate contacts between users and the health system, while improving care and offering care: improve the health and comfort of people, combat physical inactivity (adapted gym sessions) and food imbalances. It is a real accompaniment to taking care of its health. The sessions are held on Vandoeuvre, but also Saint-Max, Essey, Tomblaine, Pulnoy, Toul and Pont-à-Mousson. They concern all persons (with letter from the treating physician) and even children, from 6 years.
