Well located restaurant with impeccable service serving fine food as well as vegan and vegetarian dishes
La Commanderie is first of all a dream location, between the hill of Sion and the castle of Haroué. It is also a pleasant room, rather solemn, with Venetian colours where the yellow tablecloths harmonize deliciously with an orange tapestry. Outside, a cast iron fountain more than two metres high sits enthroned in the middle of the terrace. On the side of your plates, refined dishes such as homemade foie gras, not to be missed under any circumstances! And also, smoked salmon or fish tartar and its toast, a red mullet barbet and its chorizo cream the caramelized ham and its munster cream... Vegan and vegetarian dishes, and a nice place for local cheeses. Dessert side with a mango fondant, strawberries and peaches of the moment with mint and matcha tea or even profiterole-style cauliflower! And finally an impeccable and warm service.
