FÊTE DU POTIMARRON

Organised by the General Council of Meurthe-et-Moselle and the Lunéville Horticultural Society, the Pumpkin Festival has been held since 1989 in the courtyard of the castle. Every last weekend in September, it allows cucurbit lovers and the curious to discover the different species and the thousand and one ways of accommodating these vegetables which are making a strong comeback on the plates. Numerous workshops are organised: floral art, for children, decorations on gourds and making gourmet jams. A colourful market full of little-known flavours. The pumpkin festival celebrated its 30th anniversary in 2019!
