The scallops are flavoured with Noilly Prat and accompanied by Lorraine truffles. The puff pastry of frogs' legs and snails melts in a garlic cream. The foie gras ravioles with smoked duck breast are a great success. The address really deserves the detour and offers excellent value for money. Among its unmistakable items, its menu de la Reine, composed of a small salad of sweetbreads and duck aiguillettes or a foie gras fried on a bed of spices.
