It houses the municipal museum. Under the corniche, a cartridge is carved with a salamander, breads and paneterie instruments. The handling was built in 1753. They made bread for 5 000 men. The rooms of the ovens remain. Under the building, a large 1 250 m 3 vaulted tank was used to supply the military bakery. It is visible in season, upon request.
