In 1798, the town of Longwy saw the foundation of the Faïencerie de Longwy in a former convent. In 1835, the earthenware factory passed into the hands of the Huart family for 140 years and prospered. The famous Émaux de Longwy were born and their reputation grew. All the pieces are unique. They bear the mark of the faience factory and are accompanied by a certificate of origin.
